A place where I truly found a mother's warmth and the food of my childhood. The cooking is very tasty, and every plate has that home-cooked taste you miss. The place is spotless too. I especially loved the kuru fasulye (white bean stew) and the desserts. I can recommend it with full confidence to anyone who misses home cooking.

It was the tastiest home-cooked meal I've had in Nişantaşı. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the place was clean and hygienic, which stood out. If you're ever nearby, I recommend you stop by. Bless your hands, and thank you so much for everything.

I came across it by chance. It's a place people like me who prefer home cooking will want to run to. If you want a filling meal at fair prices in a pleasant, warm setting, I recommend it. Thank you, Nezaf.

I recommend it for the fresh home cooking, the menus that change daily, the friendly staff and the family warmth. The desserts are absolutely excellent too, and even though it's in Nişantaşı, the prices are very reasonable.

Bless your hands. I hadn't had home cooking in a long time, and it did me so much good. It's like a mother made it, and everyone was very friendly too. Bless your hands.

If you left our table happy
A single sentence from you means a lot to us. When a new guest searches for home cooking in Nişantaşı, your words are the first thing they find.
Most of the answers come from details our guests marked on Google.
01Where can I eat Turkish home cooking in Nişantaşı?
Nezaf Ev Yemekleri is at Halaskargazi Mah. Ayla Algan Sok. No: 30/A, in Nişantaşı, within walking distance of the Osmanbey metro station exit. We're open Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
The kitchen is run by two mother chefs, and all of our cooks are women. The menu isn't fixed: every day a different dish goes into the pot and a different tray comes out of the oven.
02Is there parking?
We don't have our own parking lot. One guest marked parking on Google as "plenty of parking" and listed these options: paid street parking, a paid parking lot and a paid parking garage.
At lunchtime, street parking can fill up, so public transport is easier. Osmanbey metro station is within walking distance.
03Is it noisy, or easy to talk?
One guest marked the noise level on Google as "quiet, easy to talk". The dining room is set up for the lunch break: quiet and good for conversation.
12:30 to 13:30 is the busiest time of day. If you'd like a quiet table, it's easier to come a little earlier or a little later.
04Is there a wait?
The dishes are ready and waiting on the counter, so plates reach the table quickly. One guest marked the wait time as "no wait". Another wrote that the service didn't keep them waiting.
At the peak of the lunch break, you may have to wait for a table. If you're coming as a group, calling ahead makes things easier for both of us.
05Can we come as a large group?
Yes. One guest marked their group size on Google as 5-8 people. For larger groups and office lunches, please let us know in advance; we put tables together for you.
We can also open on weekends for catering and for orders by the kilo or special orders: yaprak sarma (stuffed grape leaves), kısır (bulgur salad), stovetop and oven dishes, and desserts.
06How much does it cost per person?
Going by the menu prices, a main dish, pilaf and a drink come to about ₺420-540 per person. One guest marked ₺400-600 on Google; it depends on how many plates you order.
All current prices are on our price list page, VAT included. We don't charge a cover or service fee.
07Do you accept meal cards?
We accept Pluxee, Multinet, Edenred, Setcard, Metropol Card and Token Flex.
Cash and debit cards are accepted too.
08Is it wheelchair accessible?
To be honest: the inside of the lokanta isn't suitable for wheelchairs. When the weather allows, we have a table for four outside where you can sit comfortably.
Call before you come and we'll get the table ready for you.
09How do I know these reviews are real?
They're all public on our Google Business Profile, and you can check them name by name. The ratings on this page are calculated from that profile too.
